There are few better ways to experience Akagera National Park than gliding over the grasslands inside a hot air balloon. From above, you have a great view of the wildlife and all the vegetation unique to the sprawling savannah.
The balloon ride lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on wind direction, and is scheduled for morning sunrise. Children aged 6 to 12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.
